I have lead this route several times. The crack itself is maybe .10- but the entry slab moves are .10+...and that is slightly sandbagged. the grade holds true East to West, domestically and internationally...Actually the softest grades I have encountered were in the East. Rumney, Cathedral...etc., semmed soft compared to Yosemite or J-Tree.

■インタビュー内容 CBさんは姉が病気で、その介護を自らしていたこともあり、病気などで困っている人を見るとほっとけないタイプです。会社を休んでまで、相談者の悩みを聞くところから、多くの人から相談事を持ち込まれています。ＣＢの親友であるＫさんもその中の一人です。Ｋさんは２年前に母親を亡くして、昨年はガンで父を亡くしました。介護疲れからなのか、その父の葬儀が終わってから、うつ病になってしまったのです。それ以来、ＣＢさんに週１０回以上電話がくるのです。ＣＢさんは「辛い時があったらいつでも電話してもいいよ」って親友Ｋさんに話していますが、どのように励ましてあげたらいいのか知りたいと思っています。■セラピスト考察 現在ＣＢさんは自分が出来ることを精一杯していると思います。そのためこのまま継続して親友Ｋさんの相談相手になるのが良いと思います。ただ、むやみやたらに「頑張って」を使わない方が良いかもしれません。親友Ｋさんは、おそらく「頑張り過ぎて」うつ病になったしまったのでしょうから。ＣＢさんとの会話を通じて、Ｋさんは「楽になる」と思います。病院（心療内科、精神科等）にもかかって、薬ももらっているので、うつ病自体は治ると思います。気になるのは、Ｋさんの「考え方のクセ」が変わっていないと、将来病気が再発する可能性があるということです。病気が「楽になる」その後で、Ｋさんの考え方のクセを「変える」必要があると思います。もうひとつ気になるのが、ＣＢさん自身です。本人は無意識に相談されやすい雰囲気を作っているかも知れません。ＣＢさん自身が相談者を「楽になる」させてあげているうちはいいと思いますが、「どうにかしてあげたい」（相談者に変わってもらいたい）と考えるようになったら、注意が必要です。実際変えることに失敗すると、ＣＢさん自身がストレスを貯める状態になるかも知れないからです。また、可能性としては極めて低いのですが、ＣＢさんが「無意識」に相談者を「病気のまま」にする事もあります。会話を通じての隠れたメッセージ：「あなたが病気であるなら、私と話してもＯＫよ」を発すると、相談者自身が変わるための「気づき」を見つけることをしなくなります。ＣＢさんはセラピストと同様の能力をもっていないので、話し続けていても相談者を「変える」行為をすることはないでしょう。それどころか、相談者を通じて、ＣＢさんの過去（病気の姉を介護している状態）を再現し、ＣＢさん自身の存在価値を見つけ出そうとすることだってあるのです。カテゴリー :People & Blogs
